Yoshinori Domae
Director of Technology and Innovation
leads and oversees strategic R&D projects for the core innovative technology developments of iPrint. To achieve our ambitious goals, he relies on strong partnerships with both industry and academia. He is also in charge of developing strategic industrial partnerships and of promoting iPrint to international companies for business development.
Gioele Balestra
Director of Research and Education
oversees the printing process development research groups. He plans and coordinates the research projects in close collaboration with the HEIA-FR institutes and faculties. He is responsible for developing key national and international academic partnerships. Furthermore, he is in charge of the Inkjet Training Center, where he identifies needs in continuous education at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Gilbert Gugler
Director of Operations and TechTransfer
oversees the operations of the iPrint team and the work of the executives. He designs and implements business operations, including finances, human resources, project management, infrastructure and safety. In addition to the operational responsibilities, he is in charge of technology transfer projects and the development of local and national industrial partnerships.

Dr. Tri Tuladhar
Tri Tuladhar graduated in Chemical Engineering from RMIT, Australia and holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, UK. He has over 25 years experience in R&D in academia and industry. From 2005, he has focused on complex rheology of inkjet printing ink and developed novel techniques to link fluid rheology to jetting behavior.
Willem van Daal
Willem van Daal has a background in electronic engineering and software development. At Shima Seiki Japan, he was involved with design systems and textile inkjet printers. Recently, he was working at Huntsman, where he implemented a testing strategy using hardware and software to test inkjet fluids, supported R&D in inkjet fluids development and customers in complex textile inkjet issues.
