- Comprendre et appliquer la technique de la construction en pierre sèche (murs de soutènement, clôtures, murs de vigne, bâtiments).
- Identifier la portée culturelle de cette technique et son contexte afin de contribuer à la conservation de ce bien.
- Développer une compréhension du travail manuel.

- Réparation et reconstruction de murs en pierre sèche dans le village de Chirols : Ardèche, France en compagnie de spécialistes locaux du patrimoine (ou dans un autre lieu à définir).
- Travail et vie en groupe dans un nouveau contexte ; organisation de la semaine.
