ArODES

ArODES is the institutional open archive of the HES-SO, designed to safeguard its scientific heritage and reflect its commitment to open science.
It offers free, centralised access to the results of research carried out at the HES-SO and to publications from all of its fields and Haute Écoles, enabling them to be disseminated widely and rapidly, thereby improving the visibility and impact of the publications they contain.
The HES-SO libraries are responsible for archiving publications on ArODES in accordance with the rules and conditions established by the Rectorate.
What types of publications are archived ?
Types of publications accepted :
- Scientific articles
- Data papers
- Professional articles
- Published conference papers (full papers and short papers)
- Books and book chapters
- Theses written or co-written by faculty members
Type of publications not accepted :
- Patents
- Presentations that have not been published
- Presentations in the form of slides, PowerPoint or posters
- Publications on social networks
- Publications on HES-SO school websites (including the HES-SO website)
- Course material (full or partial)
- Publications by visiting lecturers
- Publications published with training projects, student projects, or event announcements
- Video or radio features of a general nature
- Short articles (10 sentences or less)
- Book reviews and reviews
- Media appearances (press articles, radio or TV programmes, etc.)
- Research reports
How can I submit my publication ?
To have your publication archived on ArODES, simply follow these three steps:

Have your publication ready in PDF format (preprint or postprint)

Download and fill in the publication form as indicated

Send these two files by email to the library
